21st Century Women was founded in 2019 with the goal of positively impacting young women and their allies. We are about encouraging, educating and empowering the next generation of female leaders.
We do this through daily encouragement on our social media pages, online courses through our Academy and local Women Empowering Women Conferences.
Our mission is to be a community devoted to empowering young women for social, economic, cultural and political advancement.
Hi, I’m Kathryn Balogun.
As the founder of 21st Century Women I am passionate about EMPOWERING the next generation of female leaders and the allies that mentor, teach and coach them. I have been a college soccer coach for the last 10+ years, a US Soccer course instructor, personal mentor and a new mom. I love coaching, teaching and inspiring. You are my WHY!

WEW Conference
Women Empowering Women Conferences are designed for high school and college women. WEWC is meant to educate and encourage teens and young women through interaction and mentorship with successful females. Past conferences can still be digitally accessed in the courses section.
