Note to Coach or Leaders:

The road signs when leading a team can get confusing! I know because I was a college coach for over 15 years and a team captain for 3 of my 4 years in college.

I will be honest with you, spending time and money on building a team with shared values and inspiring character growth does not always results in immediate Ws, but the growth you see in individuals and the messages you receive years later are far more important than the win - loss record at the end of the season. At least I believe so, and if you don't this might not be the best fit for your leadership.

During any transition or growth in your team it can be easy for them to lose focus and get distracted and resist necessary growth skills.

How do I schedule my appointment?

COURAGEOUS is a 8 week program that runs virtually based on the best time pre-determined by your leadership.


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with COURAGEOUS?

If you are unsatisfied with the program within the first 2 weeks, reach out to me for a 75% refund. Past the first 3 weeks no refunds are available.


What happens after the 8 weeks?

Many teams that are part of the programs want to continue working together after their initial time in the program. Therefore, after your team finishes their 8 week, Kathryn will reach out with ways to continue working together.
