Your Role:

1) Stay engaged: we all have been on a lot of zoom and virtual platforms this year but stay plugged in as there is a lot of powerful nuggets of information being shared

2) Use the work book: the workbook is for you to use and organize your thoughts. WRITE IT DOWN!! You never know when if might come in handy, but if you don't write it down you are guaranteed not to have it!

3) Think independently: what is shared here is based on the experiences and perspectives of these women. You need to think independently about how to apply this information to your own life and your own journey.

4) Be vulnerable: allow yourself the space and time to understand all of the information and then process it without judgement of yourself or others. When you do that be honest with where you are in your journey and process.
